I encountered a member of staff who refused to sell alcohol product. (I think they have some “sensitivity” about this). Despite being a 34-year-old frequent customer, I was denied the sell of alcohol and asked for my ID physically. An online delivery says “delivered” yet nothing has been delivered. The refund option is available but I guess the drivers can easily mark it as delivered without doing so because they know that the customer can get a refund. What kind of driver marks the order as delivered anyways when they actually haven’t done... read full comment
