Rude staff and very poor customer service. Staff member chatting on his mobile phone while customers were waiting. Tried to call their customer services but they never answer. Easily the worst bookies in the U.K.

One very temperamental member of staff (an older woman who obviously has no concept of customer service). The younger Greek woman is more helpful and the Indian girl is always polite. The rude old woman should never be employed in a customer facing role as she has the social skills of a castrated chimpanzee!
