Terrible rude disgusting filthy people. Went to collect a parcel that I had ordered there via Royal Mail and once arriving they said my id wasn’t good enough as it didn’t have all the details on the id even though it matched completely with the parcel label. Refusing parcels saying the post office told them they can’t accept parcels over 5kg any more. Lady with the glasses told me this. I have since verified with the post office this is not the case, they just didn’t want to accept the parcel maybe due to its size. Post office on lady Margaret road accepted it with no issue.... read full comment
