I waited in all day for a collection so I could donate some items to this shop. They emailed to say they were on their way at 11am - it’s now 5.30pm and no one has arrived, haven’t replied to my email and haven’t picked up the phone. I needed the items gone today and missed an appointment in the afternoon waiting...

We bought sofa from here sofa can’t be used all broken it was just covered with sofa covers .how ppl donated and how BHF accepted ? We understand it’s used but not completely broken ! However I have returned same day .
