Completely useless, no one wants to help you, especially those at the counter. Terrible rood staff never been spoke to like it before .think staff are angry that branch is being closed and seem to be taking it out on customers .was told to use automated service but when it wouldn't work said they didn't have time to help .outrageous ?

Worst branch I’ve ever been into…. Would have given -5 stars.
