Excellent customer service and support received from staff. GP had prescribed table form instead of liquid medication. They tried to support child by demonstrating how to take tablet, being patient and contacted GP to change prescription when child could not take tablet. Fine, when it’s open. However, they’ve stopped opening on Saturdays, making it incredibly difficult to collect a prescription if you work Mon-Fri.

In addition, we aim to support you in any way you need us to, whether in the transition from hospital to home or in the management of a long-term condition. And if you have any expired or unwanted medications at home, simply bring them to us and we’ll make sure they’re safely disposed of
