Went into the branch yesterday to make some payments with my 1 year old son! Excellent service and very kind staff! They then sent me a newborn gift as my wife had given birth a few days prior.

So difficult in attempting to open an online application for a fixed term bond. Gave all the personal details and then nothing happens. No information on what the next stage is.
