Opened 10 minutes late, tried to return parcels from pre paid barcodes, was told I can only use a barcode once for 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 parcels then I told him he can do it , he made a mistake and printed 2 barcodes.Then he told he he gave receipts when I fact he didn't and I had to tell him I can see my receipt on the desk... read full comment

Amazing customer service, very polite and helpful staff member. After I asked if he can take all my parcels (as I was refused at Warlingham) he was like no problem at all and said he's had many complaints about the staff at the other branch.
