Very old school, archaic, don’t action emails and communication is terrible. Feels like you are dealing with a pharmacy in 1994 not 2024.

Excellent Pharmacy. The regular pharmacist 'Neil' there is always helpful and friendly.Sometimes a bit of wait at peak surgery times so, if possible, leave prescription and come back later, or use the Doctor's online ordering to have it sent to them electronically and then pop in to pick it up next day.
