They diagnosed wrong fault and then offered to refund me as they would take off replacement parts and replace with the old ones

Poor service, 2 hours to do an MOT which was meant to be a 45 min slot.Needed 2 new tyres but no effort was made to recommend new tyres to resolve. Had to call many times (branch never answers phones) to organise replacement tyres.Staff seem very stressed, overworked and poorly trained.
