Very rude guy! i went to send a parcel and he was careless with it, he served other people while i was waiting, slapped the sticker on and it was half on half off, he then told me to throw it on the floor!

Visited today with my child and was told there was a problem bringing the pram into the shop and next time to get someone else to come so I don’t have to bring my pram! Very rude man has just refused to accept our parcels, no justification, he told me to come back Monday as they never accept parcels at the weekend, use somewhere else
