Today at 5:30 I was there to do my new contract but the Workers had a very bad attitude towards costumers that’s why I want to cancel my contract even though I was a loyal costumer for 3G for 7 years

These people don't know what they're doing. let's say you get a deal online and try to collect it in store, they will try to convince you to get something else (because they earn no commission on it) and they won't be helpful about getting the thing you've already paid for.
