Pharmacist out to lunch unable to collect prescription

Completely ignored whilst queueing and cashier continued a massive casual conversation with a customer. Sacked it off and as putting item back on shelf as was not waiting longer a male staff member looked at me as though I was shop lifting. Only in London could that sort of 'customer service' be approved.

I was served by a lovely lady tonight. I got some wet tissue papers and I was intending to get 2 packs. She approached me and reminded me they are buy 2 get 1 free. Thank you very much!
