Came in yesterday and my daughter asked for a vanilla frappacino, told them no caramel, still got caramel, I asked for a medium hot chocolate, what I got wasn't even hot let alone medium, asked for marshmallow's was told they don't have any, the server as somewhat polite as he was looked extremely overwhelmed.
