Rude member of staff. She even seemed to Diss me. But the girl at the till was polite. The store facing them is one pound store too but everyone is polite and helpful there.

Awful staff members let alone a store manager, they require serious customer service and training of the policies in place. An item priced on the shelf as £1 then became £3.99 at the til.
