Went to return an item today at 10.40 am (via Evri) and the staff were very rude telling me they don’t print labels and told me toGo somewhere else. On evri website it says that you offer this service. Being rude to customers is not on!

Very rude staff. Never going there ever again! I'd rather walk 10 more minutes and use the branch in Uxbridge Road.

Rudest staff - make up rules as they go along. Has let my 4kg dog inside over 50 times and informed me that he needs to be tied outside (where dogs have repeatly been stolen). Threw my package at me when I gave it to him to leave with my dog (as he requested). Avoid at all costs - run by cruel men with no understanding... read full comment
