As a bookmaker it's ok. What I don't like is them taking punters as mugs by offering 1/5 odds in handicaps. They offer extra place but reduce odds thereby ripping the first 3 or 4 places by 20 % of their returns. Staff totally indifferent too customers needs and unfriendly.
