Staff are unpleasant and are unapproachable. After waiting 10 minutes to approach someone (only 1 person on shop floor other than at the till) she was slow and took 10 minutes bringing out a size. She helped people who came in after me. I waited a further 15 minutes for her to bring out another size to which I had to leave... read full comment

Went in for a single pair of shoes and had to wait over 20 for the staff to find them, despite multiple other customers, who arrived after me, receiving their shoes before me. Most of the staff were unserious and completely ignored the line of people waiting for their shoes. At one point 2 staff members were helping 1 customer... read full comment
