Walked in to find out how to open a bank account and had done it successfully with a guidance of friendly staff.Nowadays it is literally self service procedure which is done on the bank office planchet, one needs to have a valid passport on him/her/them.Thanks

Really helpful staff who dealt with my queries to the fullest extent. They tried extra hard to explain situations and provided me with a personally tailored customer service experience.
