Nice place for young and old. However, at rush hour there are a lot of people. The meal was delicious pretzel ? at the top!!! ?

Pretzel bread was too dry , inside seems uncooked but outside was hard . Texture was rubbery

The staff that work here are so rude !! Despite purchasing some dry pretzels, they refused to serve me tap water without any reason. I don't mind if there's a problem with this, but at least provide me a reason? It's disgusting to be denied tap water without reasoning after making a purchase.
