Not as much variety as the other Dunes, the Oxford Street one is better.The staff we encountered probably had 0 training, or 0 work history because they didn't know how to provide good service. The worst customer service ever, would not recommend shopping there at all! The girl named Marwa working on the floor in the evening of 05 Jun 2023 had a terrible attitude.

No customer service. I wouldn't even treat a stranger with so much disregard let alone a customer. One staff member specifically was quite rude and had a lot of attitude. I decided to leave with my mum as I genuinely couldn't t sit there any longer. I felt like asking for a shoe was too much of a hassle.
