I got pierced in Claire’s because I wanted the free earrings for 12 months and they scammed me,they didn’t even bother to register my email and whenever I bought stuff and put my email down,they didn’t use it,scammers

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. I had booked an appointment to get my 5 years ears pierced. The person in store who gave her name as Viviana refused to honour the appointment and told us to try Accessorize instead of for us to wait an hour for another staff member to arrive as she couldn’t do the piercing...
