Extremely impressed by how helpful AJ has been at the Westfields White City store. He has gone above and beyond and has been great at updating me along the way. He made personally sure a resolution was found, even responding to me while he was on leave. Thank you again AJ.

Visited today with the intent of purchasing a coat but was surprised to be turned away by a rude doorman despite the store appearing relatively empty. It was a bit disheartening especially since other luxury stores in the mall were much more welcoming. Won’t be shopping there again.
