Lucy was amazing. She help me choose my lingerie set. I was there less than 15 mins before they closed and they did not rush me..I was skeptical with the size she chose but when I tried it on it was perfect. The service she provided was outstanding. Thank you Lucy

Lucy is an expert in this field, she recommended me such a perfect underwear and gave me advices about my size as was not sure about UK and European differences. Due to promotions and her recommendation a purchased more needed products and even came back today to Oxford street store- thanks Lucy

As always 5 stars I cannot fault this wonderful place it’s the level of respect and care I receive they make me feel human again as a blind women buying any clothing is challenging they just are fantastic I literally popped in there today for advice on my order and the assistant was a 10/10
