They are so rude and uninterested, the two women with the white headscarves are the worst. Their whole demeanour screams, "you have the audacity to enter this store and expect me to serve you?". The worst and most disinterested service ever received from any Boots in London. Specifically the short lady with the white head scarf (Wed 3/1/24 around 3pm). Too busy and distracted with texting her phone instead of serving customers at the cash register. She's a classic example as to why she should be replaced by a self... read full comment
