Would be 5 stars if apple had a fair queuing system it is ridiculous running around asking for someone for 10 mins or so.But the once you get hold of someone the experience was great.

Avoid store at all costs. Was mis-sold a repair service at the Genius Bar for a cracked screen. Was told could get apple care+ after but was then told by the apple support a few days after the repair that my phone was in fact illegible.
