Poor Genius Bar experience - turned up and waited 40 mins for any acknowledgement - no proactive communicating that they were busy / backed up etc. then proposed 3 hours for battery replacement so 3hr 40 mins total - wouldn’t recommend the Genius Bar m, may as well use a third party provider
