I bought the sugar brown Mabel coat from AllSaints as a birthday treat to myself, expecting great quality and longevity. Instead, it started pilling almost immediately. Within a few wears, it looked worn, shabby, and cheap.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this high-end, well-known store. Despite its reputation and premium prices, the cashier’s attitude left much to be desired. She was visibly rude and unpleasant which made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable.
