Wouldn't serve me small green tobacco papers at 8pm . Was told not allowed to serve that to customers. Awful and confusing

Very unprofessional customer service. Especially in managing. While I was being serve on the counter and trying to add up nectar points, the management very unprofessionally was asking me to step up outside for internet signal also same time he was asking the cashier to do something else! I am a delivery driver I came over to the store to pick up a package at 7:55 am on Sunday 10th of December 2023, the guy inside reacted rudely saying he will not prepare the package as he’s alone, I asked him if he could give me his name as I will need it to cancel the order, he refused and closed the door and left.... read full comment
