Lady at the counter served 2 people that were behind me as if I wasn't in the queue. It seemed like she served them just because they were the same race as her, Turkish. No professionalism and equality seen from this pharmacy. Disappointed.

I have spent many an occasion in here dealing with unsmiling, borderline hostile staff who don't communicate clearly. I am always polite and smiling but their negative reaction spoils my day.
