A gentleman called Harris helped me today Very professional. Had a fault on my 02 phone today and he guided me through how to fix my problem. Called 02 direct and also online chat before calling Harris No help there at all. Only untill I called 02 Tottenham my problem was solved. I have a few contracts with 02.
