Unhelpful and so rude! I've switched pharmacies to one further away just to avoid this one

Had pre-ordered my prescription 2 weeks before hand and as it was busy yesterday they palmed me off well one particular lady did. It turns out it was there all along today. I think a couple of ladies are profiling people and prioritising. There are some professionals their otherwise it be much lower.
