Very nice staff and equally pleasant clientele. His Majesty and Queen Camilla often stop here on their way from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle to pick up a pork pie and a bottle of 7up for the journey. I will always pop in if I’m in Ruislip.

I have to say, unfortunately, this is not the same customer service I would have expected from the Waitrose (or John Lewis for that matter) a long time ago. The customer service is long gone.
