No wait time,Eyes tested thoroughly and tests were explained ,very welcoming & polite staff.

Optometrist was not the most clear ,however , the lady ,sahi, I believe her name was , dispensing my glasses was most helpful , she had also welcomed me , and treated me and my niece with upmost respect. She knows what she’s doing and was perfect at explaining everything !

Customer service appalling. My son gave 2 vouchers but only received 1 pair of work glasses. The assistant would not accept Specsavers were at fault. To add insult to injury, my son left his sunglasses on the counter . Went back to collect them, the assistant insisted there were no glasses left.
