Two very bad experiences in this branch!!!! The main one was today( wont even go into the other entirely separate issue my son had earlier in the week).Trying to close a nil balance account that has never been used.( it was only opened by staff at Hammersmith branch as a holding account for a bond that was being closed)The... read full comment
