This is the second time I have been in this shop in Ruslip High Street staff very rude, I had some new clothes which I gave to Sue Ryder shop much nicer friendly experience, they are the loosers!!!!

Very bad experience! I donated lots of stuff last Sunday however today morning I realised that i had by mistake forgot one small plastic bag containing chargers etc. I went to the shop today afternoon to take back the bag. The manager doesn’t seem to know that the customer should be the most important on their premises.The other staff in store are polite and helpful, especially Phill.
