On arrival we waited at least 10 mins before anyone arrived at reception. Clearly the person was on their own, making it difficult to be in two places at once. Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained – just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!
