Made my wife very uncomfortable over her assistance dog. Luckily another customer stood up for us and got the cafe to serve her.Shame on M&S for not having well trained customer facing staff here.

I paid £2.40 for a sausage roll ? Manager was clearly having a bad morning. Decided to serve the customer infront of me, then the customer behind me and then attempted to serve a 3rd when i pointed out i had been waiting a while which customer 1 reinforced, to which i was given a barrage of attitude and told it was my fault when i did what anyone would... read full comment
