Have bunch of delinquents youths on multiple occasion committed petty shoplifting and now promoted to charity scams. I question the staff to how could they allow this to slide. Dinning in there requires extra care and vigilance now. Youths these days are getting more daring to commit such crimes as police won’t intervene... read full comment
