Payed for product and got told that it didn’t go through even though I got charged on my bank app and Apple Pay. Said the charge would reverse in a couple hours and they didn’t give me the product. Two days later and the charge is still there. Not cool :/

Footwear sizing on their website is confusing, be warned! I've had to return two (very expensive) sport shoes because of this. Returns also are taking forever to process, with very little updates. Be very careful, there are products on offer that indicate the real price and then 50% discount If you look closely, the discounted price is not 50% but rather 30%. Just use a calculator...Especially on DUNLOP work shoes there is this problem
