Great service from the staff. My SIM card developed a fault on the day that my daughter was moving into to her KCL accommodation. I had no service at all from 7:30am that morning. Sommir was absolutely amazing he helped my parents get new phones as well as write everything down that he said to them so they had it in black and white and then proceed to explain everything else in detail, he was fun to talk to and made us laugh while doing his job at the same time!
