No one picks up the phone. I was told to call them by 111 and called over 10 times and no one was picking up the phone. Just letting it completely ring out? What is this???

Queues are terrible. Looks like it takes 10 mn per person in the queue then wait another 10/20 for the prescription to be filled. There are only 2 chairs. I went there pregnant last trimester waited more than 30 mn. Last time I went with my newborn I just left after 10 mn as the queue was not progressing

Customer service is shocking it’s bad not welcoming at all and they never have what you want. Security Guard so bored he follows you hoping you will steal something especially anyone with face mask on. I can’t entertain such a place. Given a 1 star for hope x
