Worst bank in Romford staff most unhelpful lay is wrong no privacy they just dont want customers to use the branch and put us all on line

What a fall from grace, Once upon a time customers were put at the pinnacle of this Company. We went into the new branch to change address and was placed on a list with a 15 minute wait. As we had just moved into our new house my wife wanted to look at some new curtains so I told her as we have some waiting time the shops...

From 18th July our hours will be changing permanently. This branch will be open Monday to Friday 9.30 to 15.00, Saturday 9.30 to 12.30.
