Had room booked for 3 days over Xmas but couldn’t stay due to sewage problems throughout hotel, offered another room with sewage problem as affected whole hotel so had to find alternative accommodation. Won’t refund even though agree sewage problems. Very very poor customer service and do not trust there good night... read full comment

It served a purpose for visiting King George Hotel. Slept well and everything worked. Decor is tired, but it wasn't a holiday so expectations low.
