Ok if you don't cook things fresh bit pricey with some items

Had a delivery ordered. Arrived 24hrs late due to an issue with the van (was told 7.30am - when delivery was 12hrs late). Half my shopping was missing. When called nobody knows what they are doing. The store itself is fine but the home delivery and customer service is appaling! Used to be so good!
