I went to the romford store and was seen by Ada I needed a new battery for my micheal kors watch, i was dealt with, such a personal touch she is truly the most nicest sales person I have come across, I would go back to the store just to be served by her. I hope you value Ada as valued employee I can not praise her enough...

Tiera was very welcoming and helpful today. She helped me find a ring with the infinity design on, that I had been searching for in every other jewellery store. It's perfect and the wife loves it.
