I asked them to engrave some initials on the handle of a silver spoon. Friendly service but the engraving was upside down when the spoon was laid on a table in the normal way. Pretty disappointing to be honest.

I sent a friend to cut us two sets of keys. To say this place is expensive is an understatement, I have never paid that much for 4 keys.Avoid and go somewhere else, wish I read the reviews before recommending they go there. Utterly shocked.
