What a mess this place is. This guy Lev is rude and cocky to the customers and speaks loudly about how he's never seen such a non-organized place. Very unprofessional and I won't be returning for that reason. The manager also seemed to be getting the orders wrong at the till which he kept making fun of and berating her.... read full comment

Depressing corporate chain. With its tired, stained furniture and soulless nursing home vibe this has to last choice on the high st for even the most desperate caffeine addict
