Very poor service very disappointed in sainsbury's the manager named Usha she is very rude to the customers, she exactly isn't rude but the face she makes while talking to you that judgmental looks are enough to make you feel uncomfortable, you should really do something about that person please! Very very disappointed

Does the job with no inconvenience, ignore the other review tbh. Why do you need constant assistance of such high calibre that it knocks down 3 stars at the… you know, *self* checkout. Go to the regular line mate.

The store is OK but the staff are poor. I was ignored when asked for help at the self service checkout. The staff just seem to be oblivious to what is going on around them.
