    I'm very disappointed with changing opening times, I work mostly until 17:30 but the office is only open for 2 hours. Is ridiculous that I have to take day off from work to collect my parcel.

    Postman was unable to deliver my parcel 3 days on a row!!! Although, someone was at home all time. And then the parcel is ready to collect from the depot, but the depot only opens from 8am-10am, what?? I work full time, how can I collect it?Such a waste of time and really frustrating, I have had many issue with royalmail... read full comment
