I had to come in for a refund the other day and a colleague named Joseph was very helpful he spent around and hour talking to customers service for me and was just over all very friendly and helpful. Thank u for the help.

Quite a nice store in the center of Richmond. Have it used it often in the past. It has a bit of everything. Staff are brilliant,always very helpful not just telling you where your product is but taking you to the correct place in the store.
